How the application process works.
1. you apply for a job.
On the home page you will find all open positions at NETNODE. Use the application form on the job details page.
2. feedback on your application.
After we have checked your application for completeness, you will receive immediate feedback from us.
3. first interview. [remote]
The first interview is about you as a personality. We want to learn more about you, your strengths, your motivation and your attitude. You bring your questions about the possible cooperation.
4. second interview. [in person or remotely]
In the second interview, we meet in person. We will discuss your tasks at NETNODE and the company culture in more detail. We will also clarify any further questions you may have. In the second interview, we will also discuss the monetary salary and make an assessment of the level at which you consider yourself to be in the salary grid. We may have given you a small task at the first interview, which you will present at the second interview.
5. decision.
Usually we will give you a definitive feedback within a few days after the second interview whether the job will work out. Of course, we will also receive a definite confirmation from you. After that we will send you the draft of the contract which defines the discussed salary and the first working day.
